Although both are very good, I like Kibum's "I love you baby..." a little more than Henry's, simply because I feel it has a stronger "push" into the next key change.

However, I must admit that Henry's has a sweeter and more precious feel to it. Also, the words flow better because he's fluent in English.

I like how SJM's version is a few pitches higher than the SJ's, LOL. 'S what happens when you've got five tenors.

I definitely prefer SJM's cover to the original, unlike with U and Happiness. I think SJM's voices are more suited to this kind of bubbly-ballad style, being clearer and higher overall. The bridge's a nice break in the song, and I like the added lyrics after. The lyrics also cuter and less repetitive.

Aha, I do like SJM's version of U more - I meant to say Don't Don, a song that SJM shouldn't have covered. I find that SJM tends to be lyrically stronger than SJ. As for U, the short of it is that I liked the heavier bass and R&B as opposed to electronica feel (not for liking R&B more, but because the style suited the melody more), and the lyrics were better there, as usual.

Happiness, I slightly favor SJ's, but I did like SJM's cover, too. They definitely work well with "bubblier" songs.

They do work better with bubblier songs, but I think that Happiness is kind of an odd one because it is also a cover of an older song (by HOT, as you know) and the lyrics don't quite fit, which is what really bothers me.

I agree that bubbly songs are def their forte, however.

Also, in my opinion, the original lyrics to U just come off as vaguely creepy :|.

Personally, I see how you think that Super Junior was at its prime when it was just one group. However, they did recruit intentionally from China with Han Geng. They are trying to expand over the Asian market. Asia is a rather isolated arena of various cultures. I think Super Junior and various other asian music artists are trying to break those barriers and try to establish firm relations with each other.

Actually I don't really mind the subgroups that much. I think that since each Super Junior member has their own style, that some of them fit really well together like K.R.Y.

And that it provides different styles for all their fans and as long as they can still come together as Super Junior; I will forever be their fan.
