Its not 2-3 inch its 4-5 or more 2-3inch is so small i got mine 1-2 inch smaller than yours.

i just bought a silver arowana two days ago and he seems to be doing fine hes around the same size as yours but in a 30 gal tank will he be ok in that size of tank
