Dark Cloud Glitch - Getting The Medusa Powder

Christ, I only know the Broken Dagger glitch, and I thought that was just the one, but seeing some of your videos, it's like it never ends

Isn't it weird that they didn't include it in the English version, but the name and description have still been translated into English :S And maybe you could put it in an active item box and try chucking it at an enemy?

To get the Medusa Powder, you need to use the check-in counter at the Basker's store first. Then immediately go to the Joker's shop, the Medusa powder should be there.

hey! here is a good way to use medusas power!

If you repeat the process and get three medusas power, go to Suzy's water market, sell all three (they are 1 gilda a piece, but this is where it get's fun...) now, go all the way down on both sides (for your side, it should be the Attachments inventory), press RIGHT+X, and guess what? Cha-Ching! You will get a Sun Sword, with other stuff, too.

You can actually get the Sun Sword without getting any Medusa Powder at all.

Also, an update. I found out that if you save after you get it, you NEVER beat it, because it won't let you fight the end boss. D:

there are a few more of those useless items that were also removed whit the flapping duster and the medusa powder

they are the warp powder,the savebook and the flame key

but you know try the ,,store in items,, in hag's house and press x+right and you may get something

Sorry about the comments, Looks like I am spamming, It was to big to put in 1 comment LOL XD the comments below is the tutorial on how to use the "Medua Powder" I can't wait to see if you find any other glitches :) this item is not even listed on the Dark Cloud Shhrine of items, so it must of been somthing Level-5 left out :O like the 'Flapping Duster' back door key in the gallery of time in the US version. I live in the UK so I can get it (I have the PAL version) :D

Comes with a fully charged ABS gauge, just upgrade it with all the stuff and you're good to go with using other attachments (like the good old broken dagger glitch

Medusa Powder glitch

In Queens, go to Basker's place, say "Can I check my items?" (or something like that), get out of the place, then go to Joker's crystal shop. Now, ask him if you can shop, then place the cursor UNDER the holy attachment, and press RIGHT+X at the same time. You should get an item called "Medusa Powder."

it was removed from the american version when translating it from japanese

but oh well theres a glitch for it to work
