I always end up buying kettle corn no matter where I see it even though it cost me nine dollars a bag at a fair. So, I tried this recipe and it turned out great and now I can have a batch of ketttle corn home made and definitely less expensive.
Looking forward to trying his other recipes. Just tried the barbeque ribs and they were really good.
My uncle makes some of the best pop corn around. All he uses is some kind of mushroom popcorn, corn oil, granulated white sugar, and salt. It seems like cooking from a kettle would make a slightly better product since you can constantly stir while the popcorn pops which helps evenly coat it. Long sleeves are a must have though! Anyway for small at home batches this seems like a good way to go.
Wonderful Scooter, all of the recipes you share with us are a gift; whether there be an intro or not; THANK YOU for taking the time to share them. All of them have been outstanding, including this one! I've starred and fav'd to my food playlist :)
Is there anyway to store kettle corn? and if so how long will it keep?

If there is an earthquake, the knives would be very dangerous!

Nice Scoot! but i thought the sugar was little bit too much for this amount of corn.
Thanks
