I have seen the best D&D 1200 turbo on ice. it was a quick sled but still is a long cry for speed. it has to run in open unlimited because of turbo. or it can sometimes run in big lake racer. in open class it is 15 mph slow to be competitive. in lake racer against non turbo sleds its only 4-5 mph faster than a 1200 triple non turbo. that sums it up there.
This is NOT the ice sled. At this event , this sled ran 8 mph faster than the second place N/A triple. This sled also ran 162 mph in 1/4 mile on the asphalt. The ice sled (orange f-chassis) runs 141 to 144 mph in 660 ft. Ran 1000ft once and went 151mph. As of right now, that is the only turbo 1200 that has been set up for ice, so I'm not sure what sled you are refering to.
