Problems with your legal suit:

1. This video has 6000 views. What kind of damages do you think you've suffered? If this wasn't registered with the Copyright Office, you won't get the statutory 30k

2. This video has probably been in a crypt for 20 years. Why get upset that it's in the limelight now? Maybe you can parlay the fame of the kong movie into a little something for yourself. Suing is only going to tap your resources, leaving you worse off than before.
