  • I've just posted several clips of B.Cal. band practice in 1985 (Gatwick) with Alex Duthart and Harry McNulty, in case anyone's interested ! See my channel.

  • REST IN PEACE SENSAI

  • Classic scores that have stood the test of time. The father of modern pipe band drumming. Sadly missed.

  • This is beyond great. To watch and hear the drummers (not forgetting the band) play in perfect unity... an emotiopnal manifest through crisp and delicate sound, masters at work... it doesn't get much better than this.

  • @Drumsquire It does actually ,,,infact quite abit,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,However for the day its great,,,I listen back on some of the recordings I played in in the early 80,s and its farrken dreadfull,,,,,and we use to think it was good....ha ha

  • Great stuff, thanks for posting this.

  • My father used to do a fair bit of singing work for British Caledonian and I was wondering if any of the lads here were in the band back in the B-Cal days. My name is John Mallan and my father is Peter Mallan and I did one gig playing the fiddle in Dallas Fort Worth along with my father and the pipe band. I will always remember the experience and the lads marking time as we marched into the airport, the highlanders had arrived and the lion roared.

    Best wishes, John.

  • Standing tall with the sun on his back with his Son across the circle playing too.

  • where was this ?

  • Bellahouston Park Glasgow and on that particular day it was sunny !!

  • I didn't know "The Haunting" was this old.
