1. Cammy White (Street Fighter) v. Sonya Blade (Mortal Kombat)

2. Princess Kitana (Mortal Kombat) v. Mai Shiranui (King of Fighters)

whichever of the two you chose is fine; I'm not picky :)

I personally vote Elektra. Not only does she have more experience than Mai, but she also has hand-to-hand combat training. Mai's really good at knives, but we've never seen her skills at other martial arts (assuming she has any), and even though she's literally a walking arsenal, her weapon supply is finite when in battle.
