  • There is no magic here. My guess is the people getting better off this are simply doing more volume. Nothing more. C'mon folks, the nuts and bolts of strength training is out there for a long time.

  • i was going to get it but i cant find the free torrent download haha so i'll just stick to what i see here and try to figure it out

  • I love this workout! You're in, you're out in an hour tops! I got the Muscle Logic book and, as Lucifer says...tells you everything you need to know.

    The pros, for me, are: Quite drastic changes in muscle feel and tone, rather than immediate size...you just feel harder! Cardio! If EDT squats don't get you breathing then call a doc - you're already dead!

    Cons: Better done in a quiet gym...I go 6am so not a problem but I have tried in peak time - impossible!

  • I use and recomend this style of training, very good results.

  • Look for a book called Muscle Logic. It fully explains EDT, and it's cheaper than the E program.
