there is a map in cs that never works for nonsteam it is : Jail_colloseum so maybe that is the same problem

@ThisGuyDave96 normaly , these are non-steam . for steam games , you need to buy them . or else its privated and might not be able to play the game on multiplayer except with programes like G arena that allows you to play some CS games. To play multiplayer , either use a programe or make a host game and play with your friend.

i got this one it works perfect , but to get it to work you need to run it as aadministrator to play online

i have it for a month now it works fine , there is no bots though

but run it as administrator and add the ip address of the server you wana join online .
