  • Blood will be on their hands? Knowing Terry and his supporters, blood will be all over them, leaking at a prodigious rate if they dare contradict his doctrine.

It is no coincidence that every figure that his organization - Operation Rescue - has focused on has been murdered. David Gunn, gunned down at his home. George Patterson, murdered en route to work. Barnett Slepian, snipered in his kitchen. George Tiller, murdered in church.

  • thanks, Mr. T

  • Has this retard ever had a real job? It must be nice being a professional activist. You get to travel around at other people's expense and not have to raise your children and go to work everyday to pay your bills and put food on the table.

  • I believe that a wise Latina woman, with rich family values, can make better decisions than a white male governor who leaves his wife and children for Evita.

  • Republicans shouldnt be afraid to not comfirm Sotomayor, people already look unfavorable on republicans because they've been brainwashed by all the liberal trash in the media. The man is right if Roe v. Wade was challenged Sotomayor would be for overturning it. i'm pro-life in that anyone who gets an abortion is a coward's way out, there's this thing called adoption.

  • There's this thing called you-don't-know-their-situation.

You ever actually talk to women who get abortions?

  • no i havent spoken to someone who gets an abortion, but talking to them is not going to make me suddenly throw away my values, i'm pro-life. if some girl gets knocked up with her boyfriend and decides to get rid of it, i cant support that. i cant respect them for that, they could always put the baby up for adoption. now rape victims is another story, i understand why they'd want to get rid of the baby.

  • If you know someone who is gay, you're more likely to support equal rights for them. By talking to people who it has actually affected, you become more understanding that everything isn't so black-and-white as you think it is. Most women who I talk to that have had abortions, did not seek them because "Oh, I couldn't be bothered to put on a condom." Many assume that abortion is tax-payer funded (it's not), and that it's cheap (it's not. Some that I've talked to paid $400+. Condoms cost ~$0.40).

  • In addition, I don't see how if you believe that abortion is murder, that you can make an exception for rape victims. If it's murder, it's murder. That, I feel, is a moral lapse on your line of reasoning. What would stop the patients from all saying that they were raped, if it meant being able to receive an abortion?

  • i said i understand why they'd want to get rid of the baby, i did not say i support it. understanding and supporting something are two different things. I'm more sympathetic to the rape victims, but i dont not believe abortion is the answer to that either. now what you're saying is that the women who have abortions are ignorant, that maybe they were ill-informed when the topic of abortions was brought up.

  • Here is something to think about, a hypothetical situation that is for some rather more than hypothetical.

You or your wife are pregnant. You then discover, late in the pregnancy - it can only be detected after several months - that the infant in anencephalic, that is, without most of their brain. Even if they survive birth, unlikely, they will die rapidly, and will require constant life support, and all the while, lacking a brain, have, for want of a better term, no soul, no consciousness.

  • @1RadicalOne that's a very hypothetical situation, it is not that common and very unlikely, but at the same time possible. now that's the kind of situation where it's a difficult call to make. Most abortion cases are where the woman consentually had sex and didn't want to live with the consequences. But like I said this is a case where it's hard to pick a side. I do believe the child still has a soul, but what kind of life would they be living if that was the case.

  • Nothing like going from foster home to foster home living a great life or living the fun in the sun life of homelessness on the streets! Hey there is nothing cowardly about raping a girl, right? Hell let's just start impregnating all the women and use them as our personal sperm dumpster? Hey and we can feed the adopted babies to the ones just born because food is running low! Though once they are born who gives a flying fuck about 'em so really the food thing doesn't matter!

  • Randall Terry: the best argument for retroactive abortion.

  • Ohhh they've HAD it! Does he even hear himself when he speaks? Meds, take them Mr. Terry, please.

  • But if he takes meds he might abort a fetus growing in one of his adult children which he might have had relations with. He cannot risk it if he murders the life of one his incest "babies" he would look like such a hypocrite especially to his wives and ex wives. He also would look real bad in front of the three children he has disowned (one of them who was gay stood up for dad against accusations of racism and then daddy turned around and disowned him) He is a true moral christian (snicker ; )

  • Randall Terry needs to go back to his cave

  • A cave with padding and a padlock!
