Great hatching and shading, but IMO it looks traced, due to the contour being way too sharp.
If you look at actual drawings from the masters or whatever, they have the same kind of smoothness at the contour of a hand as you have inside, not sharp line going from dark to light. If you try the exact same technique without those sharp contours, IMO it will look way better.
