If you receive a legal notice from an energy company, or other enterprise, or their representatives, what would that mean for you? What kind of responses would be expected of you?

I am currently dealing with bailiffs trying to recoup a parking fine that we are refusing to pay, the letters are misleading , full of threats etc.

I am considering doing this. The only bit I might not include is the bit about firearms, as they might presume I have some tucked away under my bed ..

Sorry have so many questions ... as a Freeman on the Land, are you able to use the NHS and other public services e.g. If you are burgled by a 'person' - can you call the police? or if your house is on fire - the fire brigade? You state that e.g no insurance on an automobile, you promise to fulfil responsibilities in accidents - what about those who don't? I can only see this system working if we all were altruistic and 'model' human beings but society is not that simple - just needing help

1) I get the gist of what it's saying, but i guess it's pretty important to really understand the legal jargon, which I don't (so there's be a certain amount of blind faith involved in using the template).

Just remember that your behaviour as a freeman baks up your paperwork. Not the other way round.

As getting 'bonded' goes - everyone already is. The bonds are already in place. You just need to learn an administrative process. Try joining the thinkfreeforums (dot org) where you will find a lot of people at various stages of learning, and a mine of useful information.

I sent this to the Home office, courtesy copies to Buckingham Palace, maybe also send it to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.

This Notice is a general claim of right. You would need to construct a specific notice to a bank.

Hi, ive recently dicovered about this and to become a Freeman-on-the-Land is my highest priority. But im with law1ono1 in the sence that im not confident enough to always say the right things to stay out of entering into a contract around Police, courts, bailifs etc. For eg in mary crofts book she mentioned a man in court managed to not enter contract until the judge right at the end said "and remove that toothpick" and by doing so he entered and was sent down. You should send the certifed true copies by recorded delivery to the home secretary and the crown prosecution service and your MP.

It should say that they must send sworn response under penalty of perjury to your notary's office within 10 days.

Then you get a notice of estoppel/default judgement notarised and send that off to the Home Secretary and CPS, and courtesy copies could be sent to the commisioner or chief constable of police for your region.

What you describe is part of the commercial redemption process as applicable in the US UCC-based system of commercial law (see the work of Winston Shrout and Sam Kennedy), but it is only part of the process (the "Security Agreement"). Please be very careful in employing these strategies though - there's a WHOLE lot to learn here, and I don't feel comfortable using things like acceptance for value or anything to do with commercial redemption until I have a full working knowledge of it.

seeing as I'm in the UK and these methods have been pioneered elsewhere, it's going to take some serious research before anyone here can apply it safely IMHO. Tread very carefully. I think that the freeman route together with a functional understanding of the commercial redemption legal technologies will make a truly powerful toolset for the freeman.

Note also that these strategies are based largely upon the letter of the UCC, which applies explicitly in places like the US and implicitly worldwide, but in the UK the same rules are embedded in a number of separate acts. My friends and I have encountered the same problem, it is proving very difficult to find a helpful notary.

One thing we have discovered is that notaries are administered by the Archbishop of Canterbury which opens up a whole new box of queries.
