If you have ever questioned the existence of past lives or want to open your mind to the possibility of past lives then you should see the documentary My Reincarnation. It is an excellent docu. myreincarnationfilmdotcom
@1860george It is possible that simple reincarnation is the way of things - one life/one death/another life/another death and so on... If this is indeed the case then each life - and there are under this system the possibility of many - will deposit its memories in the reincarnating entity - whatever you may wish to call it. Which poses the question -'why this particular memory from the millions available?' And if you can remember this surely you can remember many other lives as well? No? Hmm.
@karlkarlkarl1234 A, B & C are all three are correct ! (But the Christians call EVERYTHING not written in their favorite book "demonic," so don't worry about that.)
I suppose that evidence collected (such as the drawing of the old college of medicine) as well as recalled details, would be quite compelling at the time that this documentary was made. It would be far too easy these days for anyone to research on the internet, but at that time it could be deemed much more certain that it was genuine recollection.
She can allegedly recall architectural detail with great precision but when asked to give a date all she could say was, "Early 1830's" This is clearly a con - the old guy is in collusion with the Aussie or the team had access to old records. The whole thing is just too neat to be real.
@TheBrightGrey I think maybe Jung - to his own satisfaction at least - probably could explain this experience. He discovered what he liked to call The Collective Unconscious - Akashic Record if you're of an esoteric bent - a depository of all human experience - a giant well into which all could dip to 'relive' a past life. Of course simple reincarnation could be a fact of recycled life - but then you would have to ask 'what bit gets recycled?' The soul? And what evidence is there for that?
Buddhists, Hindus, Jainists and many, many Christians, do believe in reincarnation.
Who on here has never had a feeling of deja vu when visiting a place for the first time. I've done it several times, knew my way about like I'd lived there before. Amsterdam was one such place I felt like this.
And why would a so-called "loving god" choose to create parasites to make other living things miserable? You know... ticks, fleas, heartworms, mange, ear mites, ringworm.
Then there's the "salvation" thing. The very idea that some creator god would require the victimization, torture and death of innocent beings as atonement for the deeds of the guilty... first the innocent animals, and then a human being... followed by a blood ritual That doctrine is DEPRAVED
I've found that me doing hard things or suffering makes me stronger and wizer. Whats the point of living if god just makes us strong and wize? he cant its up 2 u.
The world is not all good, it cannot be or it would not be, positive and negitive are like magnets that keep the world together.
We are suppost to get over shit and be strong, if we cannot we suffer because of ourselves and nothing else. Btw I do not think parasites have emotions they just have a pur
@gezkah - There is much scientific evidence that the mind does not reside within the brain, and is not produced by the brain. The brain is a tool for the mind - a filter/receiver/broadcasting device to serve the consciousness.
See: "Irreducible Mind" by Kelly and Kelly et al (I have read aloud from two chapters of this book, and uploaded them to my channel)
Also see: "A New Science of Life" by Dr. Rupert Sheldrake" (book review on my channel too).
@gezkah - Cats and dogs have intense and honest emotions. They demonstrate love and grief, fear and jealousy, anger and resentment just as clearly as human beings do. I have lived with dogs and cats all my life, and no one can convince me otherwise.
I saw a heartbreaking documentary about the Alaskan fur seal pup slaughter - close-up of a mother fur seal sitting beside the lifeless, bloody, skinned body of her baby. She was moaning with grief, and there were tears streaming from her eyes.
Yes they do but they forget it easier and move on, they do not analyse things and stay stuck in old memories. Its like a child, they get upset and move on. Also we still are not sure how much of their lives they can actually remember. I have lived with cats my whole life and yes they feel, ofcorse, I said that but their not intelligent enough to beat themselves up, which is lucky because our brains screw with us most of the time, being intelligent is'nt intelligent-we need 2 be dumber or smarter
@gezkah - My work with horses proves that they DO remember past experiences, and it CAN affect their ability to respond in the future.
One of my horses was afraid of men, and came to me from a woman who warned me about this. He only trusted women... and he was afraid to be tied up. If he moved his head and realized that the rope from his halter was tied to anything, he would panic, haul back and break the halter to get free. This behavior was obviously based on past trauma & abuse (cont'd)
I patiently and gently worked with this horse until he trusted me to tie him in order to groom and saddle him, as long as I just used a slip knot and released it if he got upset. My husband also worked with him... gaining his trust by giving him treats, and gently brushing him and talking to him softly.
This horse OBVIOUSLY remembered being abused at the hands of a man, while he was tied up and unable to get away. He flinched when we tried to touch his face.
Re-read what I wrote. I said that the reason we don't remember past lives is so that we ARE good for it's own sake rather than being good to avoid punishment.
I believe that we are here to learn & will return time & time again until we learn enough to be fit for heaven. If we remembered each life, we would avoid painful lessons based on past experience rather than learning as we should from each experience. We would be "good" only to avoid painful stimuli rather than being good" for it's own sake.

if incarnation is true then it is proved dat GW BUSH was OSAMA in his past life and OSAMA was GW BUSH, both wants 2 prove smtng 2 eachother wich only they undrstnd. hows dat?
of what value then is knowledge of ones reincarnation if the reincarnated have no impressive clarity whatsoever concerning their prior consciousness? It doesn't matter who I am coming back as if I can't even remotely recall my past consciousness with any truly meaningful detail. It's no different than a child dreaming of a world in which they spoke to a deceased loved one or groomed unicorns. Hazy, dreamy wonderous and no different than this video.
Early Juadism believed in reincarnation. Just because people get reincarnated doesnt mean that they dont believe in being 'good'. They believed that we are reincarnated until we 'good' enough to get into heaven. Similar to Buddism.
Christianity is one of hundreds of religions along with Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, etc. Only studying one of them is like using one piece to solve a hundred piece puzzle. The world is too big for this.
Clear your mind before you go to sleep at night and listen to your inner thoughts, those steady whisperings that differ in tone with your usual inner thoughts.
skeptics are going to be skeptics by their very nature.Especially if they are Christian, since you dont need to be Saved if you are reborn over and over. This takes all control away from the church and it has always denied any views of others than themselves as blasphmers.the dalai lama was asked once by carl sagan, what would buddhism do if science conclusively proved reincarnation wrong,He said then it would reject it and go forward,,but he said but i dont think science will ever prove it wrongly

What a blessing for her to remember, I think. Living numerous lifetimes is no problem to me, as one must have faith in each of them to learn that lifetime's lessons. And a lifetime lived does not always have to be on the earth. Don't you think other world's might do as well? To not believe is to stand still, and few are satisfied with doing nothing with a life given to them. Mistakes will be made but progress is inevitable, with a modicum of faith exercised. Just a few words to ponder.

Purpose. cats and dogs have emotions, but not as deep, the only thing that feels pain as deeply as a human is a gorilla.
Also the smaller the brain the less room their is for emotion. Maybe parasites do not have souls at all who knows
