yea but I used Windows Movie Maker

Heres how I did it:

Open up movie maker and click the little mic at the bottem of the window that says "narrate timeline" when you move your mouse over it. Then where it says "audio imput source" select "wave out mix" this will alow you to record sound directly from your computer and retain the sound quality. then click start narraration and start the video. Then end the narraration when the video and Movie maker should save the recording in a file named

"narrarations" in your "my videos" folder. then just add it to your itunes library and there you go :)
