The 2 cpu's the saturn had didn't work in synch. If it had a pair of dual processors that worked together, it would've been a more powerful system.

Because of the falling of sega right now the companies like Sony, Mocosoft and Nintendo dont bring anything new to the player because Sega was always ahead of his time. Other where copying Sega after they release their product. After Sega CD come the 3DO, Atari Jaguar CD, and other. Nintendo of course trying to copy Sega try to make a cd console and give birth to the other copying company named Sony playstation and the never remembered Philips CD-i. They all own to Sega for the innovation.

You're definitely right in SEGA always trying to bring something fresh to the market, which could really use something innovative right now.

But the SEGA CD was developed to compete with the Turbografx CD, a real shame the Turbografx didnt get more recognition really.

Lets just hope the Wii U is gonna be as great as Nintendo says its gonna be, though i doubt it will make as big a splash as the Wii did.

The Saturn wasnt a "bad" console. Just too hard to make games for, poorly advertised and didnt give good packs to developers to make games for. Sega just blew it really

@Slayerfan777 Yeah Wii's been out for a while and everyone and their moms already have one. Usually when sales go down drastically, it already means that the demographic of people you are marketing your product to, already have the product. Hence, they're making that new Wii U, which could be even more revolutionary, even though as a gamer myself, I don't get the appeal. But in a business standpoint, it's innovative and brilliant.
