I hope that the patch will someday be possible to run on a homebrewed 3DS. cause I only have a first model DS, u cannot hack that one I think. So theres no possibility for the translation patch on that one

oh nice that sounds awesome. I dont need it so far for 3DS games, only when there r NTSC games that I wanna play on my PAL 3DS. I have a 3DS bought and launch day and the only update I ever did so far is the one that comes with zelda OoT 3D (I just had to do it, I couldnt say "no I w8 till I homebrewed or whatever", I just wanted to play that game immediatly).

@WuschelofDespair I know how you feel on good games, that need updates to play sometime. There is nothing impossible for hackers out there to do what they do best...As of now, all video games system already been modded/homebrew/hacked already. This is my opinion on the matter, every time big company comes out and say it is impossible to modded their video game console - well that just encourage hackers do what they do best.

I have this game's anime Version and It's AWESOME!!! Seriusly, I have played a while this couple of days and stuff. And I think that a lot of JRPGs must use those beautiful 2D Graphics and Voice Overs. I mean, FF4 WiiWare is more Classic and not new. And if many JRPGs come in the Western World... JRPGs with 2D Graphics, then Namco Bandai will get finally the guts to publish the 2D Tales Games. Namco Bandai must not think that we don't like 2D RPGs. I mean, Pokémon is very 2D and DQ Remakes too!

Its a firmware that allows u to sort of hack ur DS, allowing u to play games, watch movies, and play music mp3s as well. If u want more info on it, let me know, ok? ^^

R4 comes with a cartridge and USB Reader. In order to use the USB reader, you will need a microSD card, either a 1GB or 2GB. SanDisk brand works best. The microSD card is wat holds your R4 data.

Google for buying sites, it's unethical to discuss dealers. Demon here doesn't know what he's talking about at all. It's not a firmware. It's a flashcart, almost identical to the ordinary NDS game cartridge, but this lets you run homebrew and games off of a MicroSD card. Furthermore, R4 is old and outdated, and any of the versions that support SDHC are unofficial. There are no firmware updates for the R4 anymore, the team has vanished. I recommend an Acekard2i for DSi compatibility as well.

That's not right. ASH is 2 Mbit and and not 2GB, it's about 250 mbyte and that's the current limit of the ds, although it might go higher later.

The name of the theme song is "eien no ashita" (永遠の明日) by Deen. BTW Tales of Destiny (both original and remake) also featured a song by Deen called "yume de aru you ni" (夢であるように).
