@gerbarista You are absolutely right! I have seen persons on PCP sprayed and while they can still move around with a direct hit into the eyes your eyes are shut down and you can not open them. This is a physiological effect and if you are using a cone spray the attackers breathing will also be reduced. Not 100% effective but the right OC spray exceeds 90%. I like Spitfire and Sabre Red
right!! pepper spray causes involuntarie blindness. the basic two effects are in skin and eyes. if you are under the influencie of narcotics , may be you can tolerate the heat. but your eyes does not depends of the pain. depends of the brain signal.
