@shenkeey yeah I know, i just thought i would try some light manipulation like they do in the p90x pics. I'm still going stong on my workouts. my video camera broke so i havnt had an update in almost a year.
wouldn't it have been better to do 3 months of lifting really heavy weights to build a solid muscular base ad then do p90x as a way to cut off all the fat... just my 2cents
@mmamilano I wanted to cut down first and build lean muscle. its a slower process staying lean while trying to add muscle but its just the way I choose to do it.

You know it'd be a hell lot easier to tell the difference if you took your afters the same way you took your before pictures..you know...in the same lighting
I am impressed, dude. Some of the front pics were hard to tell, because they were different poses. But, the back poses? AWESOME!!!! Gotta love the motivation. I plan to get my shit in gear here also.
great results, just one thing; your kinda fooling yourself by that special light to see more muscle and by bending backwards ;)

@base1WCK just push through as much as you can, you can even just press pause and take a break when you need it. but don't over do it the first week.
