Firstly, I don't really approve of pirating, so I don't know much about this. But most likely not. Mostly because Radnet would require you to be connected to the Radnet server in order to download the challenges. And from what I hear (remember, I could be wrong about this) but most pirated games can't be connected to the server. BTW, this is the reason why the PC version was delayed. Because they know it would be pirated like hell.

Radnet is not something that you get from pre-ordering Prototype 2, it's a network of things you can accomplish within the game, which everyone with internet will have. All you need is internet access.
You're wrong about that. Radnet is something that you can only get by pre-ordering. (Unless they decide to release it for everyone with a fee attached a few weeks after release)

They were only games and they did not have innumerable DLCs which we had to pay for if we wanted to play it or some special version of the game just for pre-ordering it.
DLC barely even existed back then. ( DLC mostly only existed for PC games back then) Before 2007, once you bought a game, you were done. You either had to wait for a sequel, or replay the same game forever. And now we have DLC, which does nothing more than make the game more fun. Oh, and so you know, Special Versions of games have been around FOREVER. All you're doing is whining because you want everything to be free. You're not being forced to buy it.
Zeus was spawned from the body of a reclusive and broken man. I like Zeus for what he is, the Blacklight virus incarnate, a sentient viral organism, a god among-st men. He believed he was human and so he acted upon the personality he thought was his own, the heartless and vengeful personality of Alex Mercer, the man who condemned new york to a new kind of hell. Zeus is one of my favorite villains both visually and story-wise. His humanity was lost somewhere along the way, and in P2 we see that.
Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying that he's a bad character. I fully understand that while I don't like his personality, others might prefer it. I'm not closed-minded enough to think that me not liking a character means that they suck. It's just that I've never really liked the "Cold, Quiet, and Calculating" type of villain. That doesn't mean they aren't epic.
I prefer affably evil villains, or eccentric villains. I like villains that show a full range of emotions, instead of just anger or sadness all of the time. That's why I like Sho, he shows all of them, sometimes all within the same conversation. All the while he's making math-based puns that will make you feel like a nerd if you understand them. (Like how he constantly calls the Protagonists "Binomials"...because they're always in pairs.)

I like characters based on their purpose to the story-line and the characters involved, wither they display a broad range of emotions or few. As long as the villain fulfills his role correctly I have no problem with the rest of the details lol.
Yup. Seems like me and you have pretty much opposite preferences with our villains. You prefer villains to fill their roles in the story, regardless of their persona. While I care more about their personalities, regardless of their role in the story. To me, I couldn't care less if Sho had a direct impact on the story. He was funny as hell, super powerful, and looked cool the entire time. He even somehow managed to look cool after God kicked his ass.

Some people seem to think I just don't like villains, which is anything but true. My favorite VG character of all time is a crazy villain. (Sho Minamimoto)
He's a video-game character. (He's drawn in an anime style though) And he's my favorite villain. He's funny, affable, has an extreme quirk (dresses in Punk style and has an apparent math fetish), insults and attacks the protagonist whenever he feels like it (and breaks his own rules when he finds it fun to do so) and his goal in the game is basically to kill the God of Japan and take his place. The cool thing is that he gets pretty close too. And uses Pi as a super attack.

@ddlcp From the fist second i saw a vast visual difference from the first game, this new mode itself is a another difference, the new abilities,improved animation, and better art design are another major difference. you should watch the other dev diaries and videos man. they changed a good amount of things and improved over old things from the first one.

No, you won't need it to unlock in-game powers. You need it to obtain BONUS powers. Powers that you wouldn't even know existed without Radnet. And it's not as if they're charging extra for it. Pre-ordering a game and buying it the day after it comes out won't affect it's price. The only people that can really complain are those that want to wait for a used version, or planned on waiting a year for the price to drop.

You can only add content once the games out, Before its out saying of these are extras is removing content from the game.
Its not the Devs who will benefit from this its the publishers, the developers are paid normally while developing the game very few have continual pay or % sales bonus etc.
if I decide not to buy it new on release yes it will cost me extra on top of whatever price I do pay.
I like having the choice of buying new or pre owned depending on how the game turns out not having the developers essentially go "Buy new or feck off"

Firstly, I don't really approve of pirating, so I don't know much about this. But most likely not. Mostly because Radnet would require you to be connected to the Radnet server in order to download the challenges. And from what I hear (remember, I could be wrong about this) but most pirated games can't be connected to the server. BTW, this is the reason why the PC version was delayed. Because they know it would be pirated like hell.

Radnet is not something that you get from pre-ordering Prototype 2, it's a network of things you can accomplish within the game, which everyone with internet will have. All you need is internet access.

DLC barely even existed back then. ( DLC mostly only existed for PC games back then) Before 2007, once you bought a game, you were done. You either had to wait for a sequel, or replay the same game forever. And now we have DLC, which does nothing more than make the game more fun. Oh, and so you know, Special Versions of games have been around FOREVER. All you're doing is whining because you want everything to be free. You're not being forced to buy it.

Zeus was spawned from the body of a reclusive and broken man. I like Zeus for what he is, the Blacklight virus incarnate, a sentient viral organism, a god among-st men. He believed he was human and so he acted upon the personality he thought was his own, the heartless and vengeful personality of Alex Mercer, the man who condemned new york to a new kind of hell. Zeus is one of my favorite villains both visually and story-wise. His humanity was lost somewhere along the way, and in P2 we see that.

I'm not closed-minded enough to think that me not liking a character means that they suck. It's just that I've never really liked the "Cold, Quiet, and Calculating" type of villain. I prefer affably evil villains, or eccentric villains. I like villains that show a full range of emotions, instead of just anger or sadness all of the time. That's why I like Sho, he shows all of them, sometimes all within the same conversation. All the while he's making math-based puns that will make you feel like a nerd if you understand them. (Like how he constantly calls the Protagonists "Binomials"...because they're always in pairs.)

I like characters based on their purpose to the story-line and the characters involved, wither they display a broad range of emotions or few. As long as the villain fulfills his role correctly I have no problem with the rest of the details lol.

Yup. Seems like me and you have pretty much opposite preferences with our villains. You prefer villains to fill their roles in the story, regardless of their persona. While I care more about their personalities, regardless of their role in the story. To me, I couldn't care less if Sho had a direct impact on the story. He was funny as hell, super powerful, and looked cool the entire time. He even somehow managed to look cool after God kicked his ass.

So if he's gone from a "mostly evil asshole" to a "completely evil asshole", my opinion of him wouldn't really change. I'm hoping that "Ultimate Reward" is some sort of super attack.

He's a video-game character. (He's drawn in an anime style though) And he's my favorite villain. He's funny, affable, has an extreme quirk (dresses in Punk style and has an apparent math fetish), insults and attacks the protagonist whenever he feels like it (and breaks his own rules when he finds it fun to do so) and his goal in the game is basically to kill the God of Japan and take his place. The cool thing is that he gets pretty close too. And uses Pi as a super attack.

This is like Search for specific targets from part 1 but with the challenges integrated cause only trophy hounds like myself would go and play these challenges the majority of players would mostly not play them but what happened to Hulk Ultimate Destruction they made it and it end open ended i thought they would've done a sequel i pray that they do Cuz i can imagine how great hulk would look if on the prototype 2 game engine with crazy powers and a bunch of landscapes to reek havoc in OMG!!!!

@ddlcp From the fist second i saw a vast visual difference from the first game, this new mode itself is a another difference, the new abilities,improved animation, and better art design are another major difference. you should watch the other dev diaries and videos man. they changed a good amount of things and improved over old things from the first one.

No, you won't need it to unlock in-game powers. You need it to obtain BONUS powers. Powers that you wouldn't even know existed without Radnet. And it's not as if they're charging extra for it. Pre-ordering a game and buying it the day after it comes out won't affect it's price. The only people that can really complain are those that want to wait for a used version, or planned on waiting a year for the price to drop.

For example, in this vid, there's a Mutation called Spiked Punch which adds 10% more damage to the Groundspike attack. That's a perk, not a power.
