its a 250W triphase generator. It was constructed for e-bikes. At this day (8 m/s) we measured about 40 Volts at 0,5 Ampere (-> 20W) but these values arent representative because the gusts did not allowed to adapt the resistor to the windspeed...I estimate that 40W are possible at 8 m/s
