Possibly you mean delrin instead of feeling? This style was very effective on the old vibration 9mm and 45s but they were like a foot long and 2 inch diameter. PS solidworks is better §

@williammeridith Yes, you are absolutly rigth !. As long as you trick the Can for hooking up the Barrel, you are fine. This world is plenty of Suppressors. One just have to look and figure out. Have a look to shower accessories. You can have Stainless Steel Cones for peanuts. Go to Home Depot and enjoy just figuring out !

using an oil based plastic foam wouldn't be a good idea due 2 either melting or fire.

use natural fire resistant products like wool or rabbit felt

seriously?? your using sub sonic ammo.. that's already quieter than my BB gun.. you would get better results out of 40 gr, full muzzle velocity ammo and a balloon on the end of your barbell. sure it might look cool but try silencing a real round, not a silent one.

@NoiseLessClub: I wonder if you could take an empty 16 oz. Budwiser Longneck (aluminum), drill holes along the sides, roll it up in a layer of acoustic foam and finish the outside by wraping it in black duck tape. Do you think you could get similar results?
