He is being recorded for video, of course he has a mic. That doesn't mean he is being recorded for amplification in the sense in which you are implying.

I found this funny. It also shows the human side of any artist. I am pretty sure a lot of singers would be swearing if something doesnt go well on a premiere of this magnitude. JDF is a great singer and that is what should be appreciated. O, and to peruanista: YOU are the sad one.
God people, just get over it! Can't you see the funny side of this? It is just a stupid technical mistake and a quirky inside in JDF mind/nerves before entering stage. I find it rather endearing :-)
Of course i know that the mic is used for the telecast/broadcast! JDF is among my favourite all time artists, dont doubt about it, and this is just a report of an incident that has to do more with stupid sound engineers during a live telecast on national network.
Why post something like this? I don't understand your reasoning. I am sure they all had mics for the TV recording. I hope this is not some poor attempt to attack his ability to be heard. He may not be the normal, loud, unmusical Duca, but he sings it quite well.
