  • awesome, i wish i could do that. oh and i have 2 questions, i want to become a contortionists and ive been stretching for about a week and ive seen alot of improvements but i just cant seem to get the right stretch for the splits. how did you start out when you were first beginning on the splits? also how long did it take you to do all those things? i no it comes with hard work and alot of time but i kinda want to know ^-^

  • and one more question....i know you dont eat red meat...you eat chicken and fish, also fruits and vegetables but i want to know if you eat rice, bread, eggs, milk, soya, some protein shake or supplementary drinks with vitamins, i need to loose weight and grease

    what do you recomend to me ? i need to loose 5 kilos

  • im ballerina im very flexibility but i left if for about 20 years and now im doing splits training and im better every day im opening my legs totally, but now i want to do contorsionist cause i feel my body wants more and more openings, my question is....will i can do contortion the same as you do in my 53 years old?

    age is against to do this or its not important ...articulations is not the same with time? what do you think? i need your answer please albatroz.
