Actually I do not eat red meat, because it is a meat that strains our ligaments.
(Rice) did not see no harm, you should put a small amount, because it is a carbohydrate, if not burned with physical exercise, become sugar, turning = lipid (fat), and it is not good! (milk) and semi skimmed milk, are very important for practitioners of writhing, its calcium strengthens our skeleton.
im ballerina im very flexibility but i left if for about 20 years and now im doing splits training and im better every day im opening my legs totally, but now i want to do contorsionist cause i feel my body wants more and more openings, my question is....will i can do contortion the same as you do in my 53 years old?
age is against to do this or its not important ...articulations is not the same with time? what do you think? i need your answer please albatroz.

I can do all that stuff from doing 3 years of figure skating. I'm actually a hell of a lot more flexible then this, and i'm also a guy
