  • Some cheap frame sliders and a jacket that isn't desgined for mountain walking would of made this alot less painful/expensive. Chicks dig scars though, just tell them you were racing.

  • "Stitches? Nah, just drop me off at a hobby store so I can get some super glue."

  • A real jacket would have stopped that road rash completely. He got lucky and he'll be alright.

  • friends dont let friends ride with bad body position hahaha

  • damn, cheese grader road.

  • His a new rider with a big group .... and shit happen , only thing i can say is "i dont think he will do that again"

  • WTF happend?? What did he do... looks like he nailed the front brakes?

  • The girl that said "yeah you need stiches dude", is that a KTM that she's riding? Did this happen in Florida?

  • @99SVTBolt Yes

  • To me, it looks like he wasn't very committed to the turn. How much experience does he have?

  • Damn. I didn't think you could still rip your skin like he did even while wearing a textile jacket (assuming its textile and/or armored.) Guess thats why they have leather.

  • "yeah you need stitches dude" Lol way to make him feel like crap :)

  • damn, look what happened to his elbow..

  • dreaming..carried away? stay focus on the road guyz..

  • Ouch!....i feel for the guy:( i hope i wont crash my Gsx-R1000 with my dual Yoshi R77 carbon exhaust...cause then i would be really poor:(

  • Totally target fixation. Perhaps the squid that crashed will realize that a sweatshirt makes for shitty gear. See everyone else wearing real gear? Take a hint bud. Ride safe

  • @EvilTwinTLR1

The guy had on an alpine stars jacket (not sure on the ce padding though)

I went down wearing full gear from head to toe and still boroke a leg landing on grass.

He was very lucky thats all he got.

  • No gravel, but Target fixation...

  • Teach him how to look through the corners instead of target fixating on the walls and gravel in front of him. He was way over his head for his skill level .

  • @pcooper985 BINGO!!! exactly what u said.

  • Gravel had ZERO to do with that crash!! He's lucky he didn't crash in the corner before where he nearly did the same thing. Rider needs to either slow way down or work on his cornering skills. Hopefully both if he wants to grow to be an old rider.

  • Was that rider new? It looks like he panicked and target fixated on the wall and then went down. Gravel wasn't the issue here, it was a little lack of skill.

  • CAn you ask that dude where he got his corona jacket?

  • glad to see hes alright, im still waiting on my setlement for my bike crash ill be on the road soon.this time with a go pr camra just in case someone decides to pull a turn n front of me again

  • creo que el problema no es la grava, el piloto toma la curva muy mal "de a dentro a fuera" se traza al reves "de afuera al vertice de la curva"

  • I love 95 percent of our community ( biking community ) as we all help each other

  • @CR125MANIAC

    So about the 5% ???

  • @EdiGoHD

looks like the S.R. what not to do example from A Twist Of The Wrist Vol 2

  • I saw that gravel straight away. Nice of you to pick his bike up and undo the lever.

  • Hope he learns a valuable lesson from this and gets some decent gear and a higher level of skill. That run wide was easily prevented with a bike as capable as a GSXR600. Even at the most basic and mellow levels of group rides there will always be one. Either a hooligan, or a slow guy, or the one that is just there to be with the group, but it seemingly always results in this sort of video eventually. :(

    Stay safe out there.

  • That hand looks bad, Hope he gets well soon, It did kinda make me feel better that his bike was alright tho lol.

  • Glad to see he got up so fast. Do you know what caused the accident was it gravel? How much damage did the bike take?

    Ride Safe,

    Kevin

  • @deerman1212

Yes the gravel had a big part here .... and there is not much damage to the bike

  • @EdiGoHD i don't believe gravel had any part in the accident. gravel doesn't cause riders to go down as often as people think.

  • @EdiGoHD Anunnaki saved him.
