Obama may have misspoke about 57 states, but in all US territories and administered regions, the head of state is the President of the United States.

@TheDrunkenHer0 Sure, he made a mistake. But that doesn't explain how the recovery.gov web site reported all these jobs "created or saved" in non-existent Congressional districts or how fractions of jobs were saved. It's all a bunch of baloney.

Well, is laughable that my native Puerto Rico was upgraded to Statehood without Congress approval! Yet, why it mentioned that jobs where saved, when 15,000 Government employees where lay off in Puerto Rico recently? Opps! Sorry!

I guess the jobs "created or saved" were only in the 99th Congressional district. You should move to that district... the economy is apparently booming there!
