  • You are good.:))I like your cover. Fighting!! :))

  • where did u get the same heels as T-ARA? I love the shoes!<3

  • @hellmi11 I just wore black leg warmers over the heels :D

  • @ckcpip its really cool!^^ and i love ur cover . thanx!! :D

  • I honestly think that this dance isn't offensive at all and I'm part native on both sides of my family. XD

I like your cover, by the way.

  • Hi ! Can i get the download for this song plz hehe :) and awsome dancing :D

  • @rwaritsmewaffle Have you tried 4shared or ihoneyjoo?

  • I am of Indian/Native American ethnicity (plus many others) [and my father takes much pride in it], but I take no offense to this video nor the song as I believe it's initial intentions are of no way trying to offend. I just feel people take things out of it's original context and blow it up more than necessary. I think it shows a lot of multi-cultural things and isn't detrimental. :) <3

You did wonderful tho ckcpip. I want to do this dance so badly right now.. that & paparazzi. xD

    ~<3 Fae~ <3

  • @FaeFirefly I'm glad you aren't offended! You present a very valid point and I'm glad you don't see it as offensive ^^ And thank you! Ooh you should learn both dances hehe This dance is really easy (mostly striking poses and repeated movements) so it shouldn't take up too much of your time to learn! :D

  • can u make this one mirrored ver?

    please~~ :(

i want to learn this dance...

  • i love your outfit !

  • Ahahahaah funny a like it

  • @ReiReiReizi T-ara shake their heads too so I was just doing what they're doing

  • @ReiReiReizi I whip my hair back and forth.

  • where did you get your shoes~? ^^

  • @muzicizlife123 They're just normal black heels that I wore black legwarmers over :)

  • That costume is totally matching to what T-ARA wears when they perform this song :)

  • Is that note of consideration really necessary? I mean, really. I'm part Native, I don't give a f*ck. Their doind me a favor by referencing it ina cultural way. MULTI-CULTURAL, Look it up. Everybody wants a little. I'm just saying, don't sweat it. THANK YOU.

  • @ichigopeach I realise that many people don't really care, but some do and actually, last month, there were many comments bashing etc. so I added the note to clear things up. I'm glad you're not offended :)

  • @ichigopeach same here. I'm part half-native and never did it cross my mind that the hand gesture was offensive. and now that I know I still don't give a flying fuck! the only people who care are the people who started it. and the only people who care to start "controversies" like this are the people who are ignorant and don't know what the hell they're talking about.

  • @animelover509 Right! It's only racist if you THINK it's racist 'cause really, sweetie, your the ignorant one 'cause how you think.>:U

  • @animelover509

i am korean. and i have to say this is something that is nothing offensive. we koreans do love native. and we do respect native's culture. we just follow it because we love it. we are not trying to do anything that is racists. and i found out that natives are quite related to north east asians like us.

  • great!!!

  • is so cute!:)

    yayayaya

  • My little 9 year old sister is soon going to do a cover on this :)

  • @YummyMusicCooking7 Saw it.

  • so cute~

  • Omg ur so good! btw wats wrong with the dance.. nd offensive in wat way????

  • @erinalite Nope, sorry :)

  • There wasn't any actual controversy about this. There more controversy about the potential controversy surrounding it lol

  • @Ulrock7777 Well there wasn't any actual controversy, but there definitely was some in my comments xD If you look back far enough there's full out arguments lol xD

  • let me guess, your from canada?

  • @beegbayng No I'm from UK lol xD

  • @ckcpip lol ohhh, cuz alot of canadians comment the "yayaya" music videos talking about what u had in the red at the begining haha

  • I LOVE how you can dance in heels :)

  • could i ask where you got the audio and if i could have the link? because the real audio has parts that they dont do in their performance. please and thank you ^^

  • @KrnChick12 I don't have a link for the audio because I cut the audio myself... I guess you could get this audio if you downloaded it from here or something :S Sorry D:

  • @ckcpip how do you cut the audio???

  • @KrnChick12 I did it on sony vegas pro, but you can probably do it in windows movie maker or even audacity etc. You kind of just cut bits out... lol

  • @ckcpip oh thank you!!!

  • @KrnChick12 use vidtomp3 to get the audio from this video

  • @mynameiskirstydoogan i already uploaded it but thank you anyways!!! :D

  • Comment removed

  • woww!!

    so nice!

  • oh that was good! and cute! i really loved your outfit! and how you put the little tipis. ^_^

  • Sorry but~ I dont like ...sorry

  • i love your outfit <3

  • i am part native american, doesn't bother me i just thought it was cute ^^

  • you're awesome!!

  • Nice cover =) really liked it haha

Keep up the good work =)

  • omg you have been go to china?

  • oh my!!!!!!!.......... so we are the same when i first hear this i don't like it but becus of my sister who loves to dance this i already like it too

  • soooo i kinda love you! SUBSCRIBE! oh and the whole stereo type thing is stupid nuff said. haha liked your outfit by the way looked like the videos :D

  • I've always looked up to people who can dance so well in heels.

  • love it!!

  • wow .. perfect~!!

  • best cover

  • I'm half cherokee. This dance doesn't make me feel steriotyped or anything; its just a fun dance, whats the big deal? great job

  • @MomochiVampire your half cherokee and whitewashed. So you advocate racism against your own people? I bet you don't know a thing about your own culture. For shame

  • Love your cover! Can i know where you got your dress/skirt from? it's so cute!!! :]

  • @cherrywonderss Thank you! I got it in 'Phoenix City' in China :D But you might be able to find something like it on the internet maybe? :S

  • Wow, you could be in T-Ara like yesterday, lol. Subbed~!

  • love itt

  • hahahah :P

  • I am Native American as well and my dear I ask you... do you want to borrow my Jungle dress to perform in? lol Great job

  • @KiraUKissable Hahaha!!

  • nice

  • Their concept is clearly "sexy natives" who kidnap a Korean boy who crash lands on their island or whatever. I mean, their outfits clearly use modern fabrics and party feathers. And they have big Victorian chairs in their wigwams. Other than the hand-over-mouth stereotype, they obviously are doing a "sexy native" theme with American Indian cultural influences. That's all.

Loved the dance. And the outfit was super cute too~!!!

  • you have so much energy...it´s wonderful

  • i love it <3 It's a pity that people get offended people; it's not meant to. Just a bit of fun I guess. I'm so learning this dance by watching this vid again and again again :D Thanks heaps :D

  • can you mirror the dance? its so awesome><

  • @lovesshineettm Thank you but I don't normally mirror my dance covers because I always make mistakes! D: Haha wa wa academy have a mirrored version though and it's really reall good! Maybe you could check that out ^^

  • You look kind of disorientated at some parts in the beginning.

But that aside, you're really good! And you matched your outfit to the MV. So cute~ You id a great job~ :)

  • @ThePrinceNatto Hahaa you're the only person that picked up on that! kudos lol xD Actually, at that part, they all look confusedly at each other... but I was actually confused at that part because I realised I got the beats wrong LOL oh well, at least it was at the part where I was supposed to look confused right? ;)

    Thank you ^^

  • hahaha~ i really like it xDD~ you dance so cool :p i tried to dance it but i couldn't T__T 1:22 love it <3 your outfit likes ''yayaya'' haha

  • awesome !!

  • You too ^_^*

  • very pretty iloveyouashley2010 d^_^b ~* Indian Girl :D

  • no worries i wont bash her. people may be forever side eying people like her but no. i have decided to not bash her anymore. i will move on to some other people to bash. :)

  • hey, great cover! and love your outfit, totally matches the theme of the song .

  • I have to be the only one in the world who doesn't see any offense by the dance or video or the song itself. People need to stop being so damn sensitive. It is more of a tribute then meant to be offensive.

  • lol haterss are gonna hate. ur cover is amazing, as always.

though, there are plenty of tribal communities this could be "stereotyping." i think it's more ignorant that everyone assumes native americans are the "targets" than t-ara covering their mouths lol...

i have a ton of respect for you for keeping this vid up btw...a lot of people would've taken it down after all the controversy.

    ^_^

  • @RitaLove90 Wow thank you! I did consider taking it down, but I thought that this video serves a better purpose being public than being private since it does raise some issues and since the controversy is there, it should be addressed instead of being ignored ^^

  • @ckcpip ignore that ignorant bitch that do not know the hand on the mouth stereotype that people gave native americans.

  • @RitaLove90 if you are not sure what the hell the hand on the mouth thing has to do with native americans stereotypes. go look it up you dumb bitch.

  • @digiworld1989 wow, "dumb bitch?" you're resorting to childish name calling, but i'm the ignorant one ? i never said i didn't know what it was; i'm very well aware. learn to read and work on your comprehension skills before you ignorantly post a response.

  • i dont even get why yawning in racist.... lol. I get the other parts, but the yawning one? Seems fine.

  • i don't think this is offensive. its just a dance.

don't worry bout what people gonna say.

    its T-Ara's dance step.

we are just kpop fans who love to dance with their songs.

btw, this is a nice cover.

so cute & i like your outfit ~

maybe u should do a cover for "Like The First Time"

  • and don't mind those haters; they're jus jealous that they can't dance like you :3

  • ur so gooood ^^

  • aww girl dont worry about what a few people say!

its just a dance, i dont think people should be so easily offended!

but how on earth did you learn this dance so fast???????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

omg yours so good too, wahh im so jealous >___<

  • only people with nothing better to do will complain and stir up controversies -_- great cover!!

  • i like t-ara so much!!!

    your dance is very nice:3

i hope you dance "like the beginning"

    +。(*´▽`*)。+゚

  • hey.

you're good. maybe i should learn the dance moves from you.

  • I think people need to step past the racism that they think are in this and just see it as a dance.

    And you're a good dancer ^^

  • To the haters take a chill Pill. Ckcpip did nothing wrong. I don't know were you guys get off bashing her because she's doing a dance cover that the media has made offensive. Slow your roll. @digiworld1989 grow up. WHat you need a hug or something. Stop trolling.

Like I say before dont let the haters faze ^_^.

  • and i dont understand how this is offensive i think its overall a cute dance

  • thanks for this it really helped haha now i know the dance :D

  • it was a nice job as always...and i really don't understand why people should be offended... they had to choose a tribe...it's pointless saying native americans have not a strong and powerful culture with such a strong image that goes around the world...they choose this type of tribe just because was the more imediate for the image of the video...nothing much! you people need to relax... i'm sure they are offended by the fact they live in their lands as it was a gift...not by a video clip...

  • great cover :) i just memorized this dance, its really fun ^^, oh and just so you know digiworld1989 is going around bashing anyone who does this dance cover, i went to like 3 videos and they comented on all them, bashing the people, that person needs a life lol

  • awww good job ckcpip....I like the dance cover...your a great dancer...and dont let the haters get to you...I honestly don't find this offensive at all and I have native blood in me, so don't worry...people are overreacting....Keep Strong! Hwaiting!

  • Cute dance cover :) And to the haters out there, c'mon. She is making a cover because she likes the dance. Isn't this sort of like, a compliment? You should be thanking her instead ^___^

  • Very very very very good job girl !! I'm a fan from france x) I love your dance cover !

  • realli nice!! i will practice this dance and learn it from ur cover!! realli love it!

  • Well, I live in Brazil, where a lot of people say a lot of stuff offending us, and I don't get it why this could be a offense.

    I really think it's cute, it's just a concept.

Nice cover, you did really well ;)

  • I hope you have a mirror version of this! :D Nice job!

  • @rainbowbliss14 Ahh sorry, I don't normally do mirror versions (I'm too lazy haha) but I think if I did a mirror version of this dance it would be controversy x9837493874 -_- haha Sorry! I know that wa wa academy have many mirrored dance versions though :)

  • OMG!!! This is such a perfect cover!! I love it! You did a great job and keep it up!!!:D

  • cute :)

  • cute dance cover :D

  • I don't see how this is offensive. Unless that person in unnaturally sensitive...but that would be their own problem. There is no reason to bash other people so hatefully. That is just rude! But whatever. If you feel the need to be selfish and inconsiderate, then be my guest. Tough I hope you have thought of the repercussions and backfires that might/will cause you. If that's what floats your boat, do it before it sinks.

  • Wow you're fast ^.^

I love this dance! it's so cute and fun :D

  • I love this (:

  • This is really great! Your outfit is cute!

  • Good dance video but this is one T-ara song I can't get into. Their new song before this one is really alot of fun to watch + listen to. But this one left me "wth?" All that ya-ya-ya stuff. Lol! O well. One out of all they've sung isn't bad. You did a good job with outfit and props.

  • I will never understand how people can be offended by a dance...

It is just sad that your are affected by a bunch of haters and crybabies.

Deleting and blocking is always a solution, some people just ask for it.

Besides that, you did really well (and I think the 60/4 likes/dislikes tell the same story)!

The only thing I would change next time, point the camera a bit lower so you don't capture the ceiling light (no blue bar through the screen).

    :-)

  • Wow, your dance covers are always awesome, but aside from that, I really like your outfit. xD <'3

  • wow...haha i didn't even know the controversy was that big xD anyways *ignores them* lols u did an amazingly (scarily) FAST cover lols..holy cow :P cute dancing! <3

  • Not sure what is this all about... it is not demeaning or anything...

  • great cover~!^^

  • well well well your explanation about doing this offensive dance is enough. i should leave now.

  • Hey girl, cute cover~ Keep it uppp

P.S: I'm Native American and I really don't care about any stereotype shiz. I mean, its just a dance, theres more things out there to complain about.

  • @shhhitskelland Thank you!! ^^ I'm so happy that you're not offended! And to be honest I'm starting to think the people that are offended aren't even part of the culture.... :S Btw, loved your Sistar cover! Awesome high kick! (I should probably have commented this actually on your video haha *goes now* lol)

  • @ckcpip so i have to part of a culture to be offended? what kind of bull shit logic is that? just because a few native american t-ara fans says they are not offended means we should forget about the people who are native american and are offended?

  • @digiworld1989 I'm offended by how crude and low class you are. anyways good luck getting people to take you seriously you keyboard warrior. next time you feel you need to complain try giving valid reasons with logic and don't act like a butt hurt cry baby. if you find this offensive then you should also be hating on people who dress as indans in halloween or kids who role play as indians but of course anything I say wont matters since you are here to troll

  • @digiworld1989 I was merely stating an observation that was pointed out by a friend to me which I thought I'd share with the commenter. I did not claim anything that you have just claimed I have said and it would be a hasty generalisation to assume that all Native Americans would not be offended, as it would be a hasty generalisation to assume that all Native Americans are offended. We are all individuals and I am definitely not saying that anyone should not have the right to be upset. However,

  • @digiworld1989 all the hateful comments are beginning to reflect negatively on the culture that you are trying to protect, which can be seen in some of the comments and I wanted to point out that people should not start hating the Native Americans due to the hateful comments. I cannot stress enough how there is completely no intention of offending anybody, but from your comments, it seems you have the intention of offending me.

  • @digiworld1989 ok we all get that you get offended easily. 2ne1 - clap your hands acts "black" so are you complaining? a lot of comedians on youtube also love to use stereotypes for humor.. everywhere you go there will be stereotypes so you might as well just get stuck alone in a room where stereotypes are nowhere near you that seem to upset you so much

  • @shhhitskelland Thank you someone who understands.

  • I think the people that are making a big deal out of this need to grow up. We all understand the controversy over this, but there's definitely no reason to totally bash the person in dance covers for doing it, if anything, go call up t-ara's manager and complain to him. I'm sorry if you guys feel upset about it but there's no reason to go and bash her. That's kinda childish, cause she can't do anything, even IF you complain on her video..

ANYWAYS, Good job. I loved your cover~ ^^

  • @KyungJae94 and saying that, I should also mention that I have a big amount of Native American in me. There was NO intention on offending Native Americans. I wonder if MC Mong's video got a lot of controversy like this...

  • when i first watched this i wasn't aware of the controversy either. i just thought it was a really good dance cover and quickly learned too! faster than wawa academy haha you danced it really well. i think the controversy is stupid. i mean although the concept may be "indian" we all have stereotypes about things and it's obviously not meant to be offensive, so people should just calm down and enjoy the dance and this dance cover :]

  • amazing! i want to learn this dance! i dont see how this offends people though? lol

    i love your outfit! x] ♥

  • I also want that outfit so bad!

  • Another day, another fantastic cover!

  • Oddly enough, the supposed controversy over these native american stereotypes has created a new one for me - that native americans are whiny pricks who have nothing better to do than ruin other peoples fun.

Though, in all likelihood, it's just some retards who fancy themselves political correctness thought police who get off on bitching people out and making them feel bad.

  • @IFknHateUTube wow talk about not helping a bit. What race are you? Because name any race I can name a video people have become upset about...so think before you type..sigh I'm not even Native American lol. People should feel bad for hurting other ppl...genius...even the dancer who didn't sing the song..or make the dance feels bad. Have a heart.

  • @journey2findme

People should have their shit together well enough that they don't have an emotional outburst because they saw something they didn't like. Censoring yourself because you're afraid that you might make someone feel bad is still censorship. The people whose tantrums drive such censorship should be ashamed.

Individuals are not the demographic categories that they fall in to. Criticizing her for this dance only perpetuates the idea that people are defined by "their categories".

  • You even put teepees on the video? Just so you know. Native Americans don't dance like this nor do all of them live in teepees. This is just another stereotype people choose to promote(ie. T-ara and their fans).

  • @MegGriffinX Did you read my annotation or even the video description? Because I think you should do that before jumping into any accusations. I have no doubt that Native Americans don't dance like this, however, T-ara do and since it is a dance cover of T-ara, that is what I'm doing. Also, if you'd read the video description, you would know that I only put the teepees in to match T-ara's concept as I try to match my dance covers as much as possible. It is also a reference to my best friend.

  • @ckcpip Well you could have chosen not to do it. So criticisms like this will come your way whether you like it or not. T-ara's concept blatantly displays ignorance of the native american race and i don't care if the people find it okay in korea either. If you chose to follow their concept then you are just as guilty. Sorry.

  • @MegGriffinX I did this before I was aware of the controversies and I admit that I am ignorant of the Native American race since I do not live in America nor have any contact with any Native Americans. For that I apologise. However, doesn't this concept actually serve as a catalyst for people to learn more about the Native American culture? I, for one, have learnt a lot more about the culture since this concept came out since it gave me a reason to do some research on the culture.

  • @MegGriffinX i think we all get the message you are pissed off, anyway she has apologised and i think you just need to move on, i really suggest you focus your negative energy by watching a different video, honestly i'm not writing this in a mad mood, i know what it's like to feel passionate about something and so i dont want to offend you, honestly if you feel annoyed then do something else and dont think about it, this is what i do, it really helps, thanks and sorry :)

  • @MegGriffinX You're right it is a stereotype that will keep coming up because it sells. T-ara lives in Korea, I doubt they have many native americans there to prove otherwise. It really is just a style so people should stop taking it so personally.

  • @ketichini crap I didn't want to join in this lol. I personally don't feel upset as I am not native american, however I have seen some really unsensitive things about black people (I'm black) in South Korea and ppl have told me to not think of it as harsh or what not, but it's not like you or I would understand how she feels. Native Americans get crap all the time, she has to deal with it herself... and she has a right to feel really upset that someone can be ignorant. K, rant done :)

  • @ketichini just wanted to add that I know this dancer didn't mean any harm, so no hate is thrown here :) I'm pretty sure she reads the messages xx

  • @MegGriffinX family guy is a terrible show and I am offended that you would watch a show that differentiates between native americans and indians from india by referring to one as " the ee-oo-ee-oo kind" (while pointing at forehead) and "the wha-wha-wha-wha-wha kind" (while patting open mouth with open hand"

All sarcasm aside, family guy really is a stupid, lame show and seeing the name of a character from it has offended me far more than this dance did.

  • @IFknHateUTube I don't watch family guy anymore(i think its been years) and i think they suck. Even if i did still like it and watched it. Your point? Just because they did that doesn't mean i personally agreed with that either.

Trust me. I like T-ara's songs too. I have Lies in my favorites. But just because i like them doesn't mean I have to support everything they do. I still have my values and i still think their dance shamefully displays ignorance and i will have my opinion known too.

  • Dear Ckcpip,

The only thing I'm going to mention regarding the controversy was that I was very impressed by your incredibly mature, insightful and thought provoking annotation; further proof that you are a very intelligent person, as well as being a great dancer. <3

The performance itself was as wonderful as always, but precisely how big is your wardrobe! X-D

I'm so glad that you had fun, that you overcame the synching problems, and I hope that the stereotypes don't distract from the art. <3

  • @Ujames1978 Thank you, I'm still waiting on a reply from the person because then I can get closure/ see if they accept the apology. And my wardrobe's not that big! But I guess it might actually lead to Narnia so what can I say xD

  • I alway wonder if you alway got outfit for very concert the cover dance you done XD

  • @KawaiiMomochi LOL I mostly have an outfit that kinda looks like the stage outfit but for this cover, I didn't so I had to improvise xD The top is actually a long dress I bought from China that I pinned up to make it into a top haha xD

  • i love your outfit and i think you did a great job on the dance!

  • @elizaboat Haha thank you! ^^

  • Yeah I love!!!!! Great dance cover! =) I love the clothes! :3~♥

  • @SoonMin94 Thank you! ^^ My dress was from Phoenix City in China ^^

  • if people have a problem with the dance they shouldnt take it out on you.. you were not the one who choreographed it.. you are just dancing it as a dance cover!

and you did a great job!

  • @LaurenW24 Thanks for your support! ^^ I can see why people aren't happy with it but I guess they're entitled to their own opinion :)

Your support means a lot to me ^^

  • @ckcpip i can understand why people could be upset yes, but they still shouldn't be upset with you about it!

    ^^

  • it remain me hannah montana in some way the "go it go it go" i don't know why lol

    love the dance !

  • @lagameuze I hate Hannah Montana! *shun* hahaha xD So I don't know the reference you're talking about sorry :(

    Thank you! ^^

  • hahaha hippie dance??! xD

  • @KazeKey YES! haha I actually thought I looked quite like a hippie too... or like, dressed for some music festivals ahaha

  • @digiworld1989 Ok, I haven't been able to reply since I was sleeping. I apologise greatly that you think that I'm offending your culture but I find it even worse that you thought "she enjoys making fun of someone culture by using stereotype"

I'd like to clarify I enjoy learning kpop dances but definitely do not enjoy mocking a culture. If it would make you feel less mad, I could add an annotation to encourage stopping stereotypes. However, I am very sorry that I offended you in any way.

  • awesome! :D

  • Gahh! <3

Hahah you look like you had a LOT of fun doing this.
