The niners got 43 TO in 17 games, so they ended up alright, but I agree that they need some more consistent offense. No doubt that they will be amongst the leagues best in TO margin, but you can't expect to be #1 in TO margin every year, so yes, the niners do need to get more offense. smith will benefit from more xp in the system.

One was cased by a well timed hard it, the other was the result of carelessness in ball security. Watch the replay man, it did not take much effort to poke the ball out due to KW lack of awareness in the situation. Pierre Thomas and Derron Sproles just got leveled by hard hits.
My argument is that the niners turnovers are different from the saints turnovers. The saints turnovers came from ints and hard hit, an indication of a great defense. The niners turnovers came from carelessness. The fumble came as a result of KW lack of ball security and could have easily been avoided, while something like pierre thomas' came from a hard hit. the giants offense was able to do more and because they are not a one dimensional team, they were able to get the job done.

The niners got 43 TO in 17 games, so they ended up alright, but I agree that they need some more consistent offense. No doubt that they will be amongst the leagues best in TO margin, but you can't expect to be #1 in TO margin every year, so yes, the niners do need to get more offense. smith will benefit from more xp in the system.

My argument is that the niners turnovers are different from the saints turnovers. The saints turnovers came from ints and hard hit, an indication of a great defense. @clarkallard well they didnt play good enough defense because they let eli get a touchdown. no excuses. the niners fucked up and their defense couldnt stop eli manning when they needed to the most. niners fans do as they always do. make excuses. any other real fan would say its a team loss, not one man. you guys saying its just 1 mans fault just makes all of you guys look more stupid than you already look

@itzpacmanx9 what are you talking about eli had the ball twice as much as the niners and scored the same amount as them, u guys didnt get shit on the run and once we started trying to shut cruz down thats what we did and eli couldnt get shit after that..... you double teamed vernon and he just outran your cb's we played great D its offense that failed but still took eli to overtime, holding eli to 2 touchdowns when he got feild position inside the 30 once is damn good D....

i think that wen u get field position inside the 30 two times and we hold u to 2 two touch downs when u have eli manning thats pretty great D....ur elite qb had the same amount of tds as our qb who isnt elite at all so dont try and put down on our D wen its our offense that failed u had the ball about twice the amount of time as us and eli didnt have many more yards than smith and had the same td count.... eli could barely get shit.

The kid is probably making the league minimum with the average length of a professional football player being 3 years. He will most likely have to endure a lifetime of physical repercussions, let alone the emotional pain he is going to carry with him for the rest of his life. Shame on that network for airing this clown. I'm a die hard Giants fan and I really feel for this kid. It's Karmic payback for that end of game debacle 9 years ago though. GO BLUE!

@MrSJM20 Williams didn't make "a" mistake-- he made two game-losing mistakes. Fumbles shouldn't happen but they do, sure, but the punt coverage mistake is inexcusable. Peewee football players could have covered that punt better!
