ich hatte gerade mal zeit, die ganzen alten kommentare hier durchzulesen.. und ich meine was soll das?! wir dürfen doch, wie die meisten anderen länder, filme, die in unsere sprache übersetzt wurden gucken..!!

ich mag natürlich die originalstimmen mehr, aber man muss doch nicht nur für filme eine neue sprache lernen, für die leute, denen es nicht in der schule beigebracht wird und einige finden es auch nervig, immer untertitel zu lesen..

Noone is forced to watch this movie in german, if you don't like it.

Especially on a DVD, you can choose.

I'm german and I like my language and remember, behind the voices are people who earn money with that work.

I love the movie in english and german.

Meryl is always the best. And I think she respects the german dub. ;)

the german language is not ugly at all, in fact it is very beautiful, it is only the voices they use for the characters when they dub over in english that sound so atrocious...

and why should it be in english? would you really feel like reading subtitles on almost every single movie you watch instead of being able to relax and hear it in your own language?

Yea Amanda was in Mean Girls she played there as Karen Smith :) She was one of the dumb girls there . She was also hilarious that movie HAHAHA. U gotta watch it to understand why i'm laughing right now :P

LOL In Finland only Disney films are dubbed. Perhaps because here we expect people to be able to read subtexts once they've turned, like, eight.

Imagine never hearing the authentic dialogues of the original actors and actresses! But of course, if a person has grown up on dubbed films, he/she won't probably miss that particular aspect...

I'm surprised they didn't dub the singing performances! In the German version of Mamma Mia everybody is bilingual:D

Wenn Deutsch so toll ist, dann lerne erst mal dich richtig auszudruecken. Ich habe bestimmt nichts gegen meine Muttersprache, aber syncronisierte Filme sind immer die schlechteren. Und fuer diejenigen die Englisch verstehen ist der Film noch lustiger als fuer dich in Deutsch ;-).
