@FRMmega scream is not a falsetto, to make a falsetto you need to make more air to pass through your throat, it's like when you stay breathing fast and more air pass through your throat, but in a falsetto you need to know how much air you want to use and how much time you can get with this technique. (sorry for my bad english)

Helloween - Pure Power Metal

They are both awesome bands, and both stand high on their own styles, which are definetively different. There are just no comparation. You my dislike one or the other but there's just no argument, they are among the best of their kind.

@yamiimax brazil was colonized by both portugal and spain (portugal comes fist) but wasn't conquered by spain. Tratado de Tordesillas booted the division of the territory giving east to portugal and west to spain, they didn't know what was further in the west though; things developed so that portugal ended with what we call today Brazil and spain the other countries to the east.

The only country that Brazil ever "belong" to was Portugal

Angra could be a bit better, but Helloween is also part of Angra's influence, just like Maiden, classic music, and our MPB.

And also, Michael Kiske from Helloween is an awesome vocal, just like André Matos.

But if you're talking about the new Helloween, with Andi Deris...yeah you are right.
