@marcandgod Maybe all you have to drive is a big wheel. Jeeps rock, roll and flex better than any thing out there. Oh you spelled piece wrong there is spell check you know. Peace :).
Ok, first I own a Jeep, I love them. I believe they are THE most capable off road vehicle. Their wheel base is very small and they are very light, they come stock with skid plates and pretty good suspension. Now for mudding it's all about the tires... you could take a ford focus, put a 14 inch lift on it put 37" and give it for wheel drive and that will go through all most anything since it's light
But yes Jeep are the shit, you can add so much to them it's crazy
jeeps are pretty good but they arnt made for muddin that much *yes u can take them off roadin just dont take them to far off roadin lol like how me and my dad go pretty far in the bush
um no, jeeps are made for trails and rock carwlin type of things, what gets u through mud is power and tires, jeeps are lackin power and if u want tires u got ot put a rediculus amount of lift on them just to fit 35s, i can tuck 35s stock on my k5 and turn all 4 over in 3rd gear, never been stuck in it ether, jeeps arnt bad but there not mud vehicles
I believe it would be "Power to Weight" ratio that you would need. I have a '73 CJ-5 with a 304, running 35" M/T Claws, there is alot of places your K5 can't follow in the Mud. I've owned a '79 K5, very capable, but no match for a purpose built jeep. (Whether built for Mud or Crawlin).
@rigtrash40 yeah power to weight ratio is pretty much it, but as sayin, not bashin just sayin, jeeps arnt puttin out a ton of power stock and then with bigger tires not regeared there lackin, my k5 has a crate 350hp 350ci with full bolt ons and mild cam 4.56gears and lockers and some ok 35x12.50 mud terrains, and yeah if u put a bigger engine in a jeep and or regear it u stand a way better chance in the mud

well then hes a dumbass
we mud our jeep more than anything
its got a 6 inch lift and 35s and with the right gears ittl turn just fine
u NEED to regear a jeep but they have plenty of power foe the mud
17REBELKID17 2 years ago
hence the reason i wont get a jeep, they suck in the mud, specialy the snow
reitzy1082 3 years ago

Yea, I saw it sinking down and I thought it was time to get muddy, then he found the bottom and just about shot out of there.
