This pole SUX!!!! Its fine to dance AROUND but if you want to actually invert and do tricks on it, this is not for you. Buy X-Pole, its worth the cash not to fall and bust your head open.
@VioletLilys I installed one for my wife and it was SOLID because I made sure it was, depends on how sturdy it is if it`s installed properly then it is fine.
