Manson had like 1 or 2 good albums maybe, where good musicians where involved, but really, he’s such a clown and makes shit now. Chris Corner in the other hand has been making quality music since the 90’s.
@diablodiablodiablo Although I listened to MM in my teens and it is more than a decade now and have my favourite albums "the trilogy", I till like others album, because they are unique and more like an art. It is not something that mass wants, but something that artist wants to do. You may appreciate those later.
Thanks for posting this. I wasn't aware the two bands didn't get along. I always wondered why the CD of the Spawn movie soundtrack lists the song as being by "Marilyn Manson with Sneaker Pimps" but when MTV used to play the music video for the song they credited it only to Marilyn Manson. He mentions them doing a remix in the video, I assume it is the "Critter Remix"?
Its ironic that my two main musical inspirations (chris corner and marilyn manson) seem to disagree. And to where they are now? They split up after 3 albums the woman lead singer left after the first album and chris took over and now has his own solo project called IAMX which is incredible and is far more underground. I still to this day follow both of them, IAMX and manson, and respect them ALOT. Thanks so much for posting this =) x
