as you probable know , your device is not an invention since all bottoming cycles ,like Kalina cycle, uses this procedure. See also the new released BMW engine ! But I filed in 1974 a patent application for an identical engine called "Thermodynamic cycle with heat recovering ". The problem is with your USPTO if they issued a patent for an already invented device and procedure !
