ummm.. I really dont think that's adam Sandler.. even though that's be floating around.. It just doesnt sound like him. Its more likely some comedian on the radio and I dont think Sandler would go on the radio show like Bob and Tom. He's too "famous"

He must have gotten it off of Limewire. Many times when you search for songs or audio clips on LW, it often gives credit to the incorrect person who made it (another example would be when I searched for Barney Takes a Dump, it often says it's by "Adam Sandler" or "Weird Al").
