THUMPS UP if u think i am right. AVATAR has pushed CGI to the next level. I want to tell something, no matter how hard they do there is something lacking because its not real. I have researched on CGI for all most 3 yrs what i found was u cant cheat real world. CGI is still in its infancy even now after avatar. There still lots to be done to make it look real. Maybe in next 100 yrs it may become possible.

This movie is brilliant and it should have won the Best Picture award. Sometimes I really hate Academy Awards because they don't give the price Best Picture to the right movie. The Hurt Locker won instead of this one, just the same with Star Wars lost against Annie Hall. or that Snow White and the Seven Dwarves wasn't nominated in any category at all. Un-freacking-believable!

@CelAnimator It's not just the fact that it rips off Pocahontas, it's the fact that it's a painfully obvious pro-environment film, the story is easily predictable, and the acting and dialog is decent at best. The movie could have have been a true masterpiece if Cameron would've just stood back and say, "Whoa, what just a second! I should really make sure this story is gonna be as good as the CGI will be." Instead, he was too eager to show how good he could make CGI with a half a billion bucks.

The most selling movie of all time (2.8 billion) cannot have a bad story sorry. Considering Jack made Titanic which was most selling at 1.8 billion and noone else could beat it but jack came back and beat it with this one.
