Benny is often depicted as a 'sexist & racist' but if you look carefully at his films you will find the exact opposite. His 'chases' with scantily-clad women, invariably end up with him loosing out to someone else.... He was taking the 'P' out of his act and himself.

Before you complain about Benny, do check-out his Videos first. He WAS NOT sexist, far from it. He was ALWAYS the looser in his chases, and the 'chased' (usually scantilly-clad Females). were always the winners.

Benny Hill used a lot of common (for the time) stereotypes in his comedy, some of which would now be considered racist however I don't think this one is particularly offensive. I'm a big kung fu film fan and this sketch is Very similar to some of the low-budget stuff I've seen. Also it's very similar to Chinese parodies of kung fu films. I don't think that Benny is ridiculing Chinese people by using stereotypes, rather he's noticed the accidental humour inherent in some films & been inspired.
