Sceptics can't understand that improve our energy technology and efficiency, stop deforestation, transfer resources and technology to the poor will actually reduce poverty instead. I hope you guys may see what I'm trying to say here. I think the first step is to reach a FINAL conclusion about climate change. EVERYONE has to understand tt THIS is what is going to happen. There's no point having a grp of ppl doing things to reduce CO2 emissions, while the other grp believing they are idiots and don't give a heck about the carbon footprint. THIS is not the way. How can we solve any issues if they are ppl doubting the motives behind actions of the other party?
I'm not that smart and I must admit, if you were to give me a research paper written by these scientists, I would only understand 75% of those terms. But I just want to say this - if a person like me, can see that if we, cannot reach a common ground about climate change, how are we going to solve it? Some say global warming is happening, and another grp say it's not. If we continue doing this, remain divided, and keep arguing, NOTHING will be done. If there's no conclusion, there'll be no end.

It just makes me wonder (if that is true) how could such a obvious and scientifically proved facts, like the one that humans emit minimal amounts of CO2 compared to the oceans, and that graphics show there are direct links between intense solar activity and global warming throughout history - I'm wondering how could such facts be ignored, and not even brought to discussion.

This "far off university" supplied the data that the IPCC used to prove AGW. That data was not accurate. ANY scientist will get bad results if given inaccurate data. Those "few negative phrases" included proof of the manipulation of the data.
