How i keep weight down.Just keep food around the house that i don't like to much,and is healthy food,it works good if you try it,no problem.

Thank you so much for making this video! I do understand what you're saying. No, I am not very religious, but I don't mind you telling me what you think and how you feel about that. The crosses are Celtic...I'm Irish...lol. Thank you also for opening up to me. It is very much appreciated. I wasn't molested, but I have had things happen that I can kind of trace back to my weight. You're so sweet for doing this! I may talk about it in a video soon.
