My favorite childhood movie. :) And this is one of my favorite songs. Even though I'm a girl, I want to sing this song for my Senior Solo in two years. It really sums up a lot of how I feel sometimes about the world, and it really makes me think baout a lot of things. After everything I've been put through by people, i'm about ready to give up on people and civilization, like Garrett has (at this point, at least).

garret's learned through experience that people will belittle and patronize him, and in many cases, push him away because of his condition. so his reaction is to push away first. but then kayley is persistent enough that he gives in because of his more instinctive need for fellowship. it makes perfect sense to me that he'd accept her. besides, she did keep up, so it's not like he can just get rid of her. he can either let her help, or have her pestering him the whole time. :D

I might like this movie if I grew up with it. Well, I grew up with Anastasia and all the Disney classics, so at least I got some good dose of epic music for cartoons :) this song is probably the only one I tolerate (well, the Prayer is awesome, but only if Andrea and Celine sing it together lol) cause it's catchy, but the whole movie premise is kinda dumb. I should have expected the rest of my life after five and six years old to be filled with fantasy tales and RPGs... I never owned a copy of this movie, but I remember watching it when I was little and I had a game that went to it for the computer and I was ADDICTED to that game. Hadn't seen the movie since I was little, though. :( But this guys voice... Pretty amazing. :3
