excellent tutorials....what i like best is the little side info that you drop...such as "synthetic lines" for wine bottles and soft "organic lines" for surfaces like grass...very helpful...keep the videos coming!

How do you feel about shading with the side of your pencil? In Andrew Loomis' books, he suggests the method in shading with pencil is on the side of the lead. He did give other techniques, but I would like to know how you feel about this. Thanks.

I teach them a lot of this stuff just more in depth. I get into longer tutorials on my site. I like to keep the youtube stuff short and to the point. But everything you see here is what I give them, just with more details.
