Trust me, beer CAN freeze. While making an eisbock, my buddy froze his solid. Once you get below 32 degrees F...start being cautious of freezing.

Nice tip about wetting a t-shirt and using a fan. Keeping it at a low temperature when fermenting is crucial.

Just one small comment - in the beginning he says "we are going to start WORRYING about our fermentation process". Why worry? Just semantics - but Relax, don't worry, ... have a home brew.

Relax Dont worry and have and Homebrew is the very first thing I learned about brewing beer. that was 6 years ago and I still stick to it.
