i have hms too but even more sevier both my shoulders keep comming out of their sockets which is very painfull the same goes for my hip and ALL of my joints either crack or lock into position. im also under mobile from the waist down so i cant even bend to make a 90 degree angle.
actually if you can do any of this you do have HMS (hyper mobility syndrom) and it is a very bad thing. it takes a long time to never to heal and if you show off like this it will make you get spasms and pains all the time in ur joints. so i dont recommend it at all
Hypermobility is not exactly a good thing... but sometimes it can be cool! "Enjoy the gift(either good or bad) that God sent you." At least you can do more stuff than a bunch of people.
In brooklyn being hypermobile in the shoulders is used to dance with, you can do amazing things you just don't know. We call it bonebreaking. and our dance style is called flexing type in the search bar Snow vs Young X
I'm already kinda flexible I guess, but I don't get what's so hard on 1:16, it's easy to me...O.o But I guess it's cuz flexible ppl like u n me are awsum. :D
thing at 1:41, i can do too, but it looks way cooler & tends to freak ppl out more if u step thru ur arms first. ;)
Lol, when you show ur talent/tricks to ppl, do they freak out? When I do, I find it waaaay funny. Cuz they cringe, turn their head, or go "OHH! EWW! GROSS!" of course since its me and im flexible tho, i think its cool
