  • oh for crying out loud- the song isn't about HIM.. In another video, as Sickel101 correctly states, the inspiration for the song came about when he was forced to lock himself in a cupboard under the stairs (or something like that) because he forgot to buy the candy for the kids. Instead of upsetting/annoying the kids, he just hid and wrote the song. The song isn't actually about him- hardly any of his songs are (if any). He writes stories. End of. SO yeah, Sickel101's correct!

  • He's right. He bought the candy and she took it. "I can't imagine that you....would take the candy with you too...."

  • You guys know this is all about him forgetting to buy candy on halloween?

  • @sickel101 he DID buy it..........she took it with her when she ran off

  • @anasdaddy There's another video where he explains it, and he said he forgot to buy it.

  • @sickel101 NO, NO, NO, you are absolutely, unequivocally, undeniably, WRONG in every way, shape, and form possible.

  • @anasdaddy Why are you getting so angry? I'm right; he has a video where he explains it.

  • @sickel101 I am not angry at all. I have never been angry about this subject. I do not have any future plans to become angry with this subject OR with you. I just simply stated that in this particular case, you are a damned fool who is as incorrect as any man woman or child has ever been about anything........ever. :-)

  • this is a great great song...you can feel the emotion in his voice...if only this video wan't missing the first twenty-one seconds

  • King Richard, the one and only. Thanks for posting this!
