Nardwuar would be a bit of an oddity at first but it's hard not to admire a guy as upbeat and knowledgable as him. That said you have a point, he avoids answering several simple questions which could be a little frustrating, even if not a big deal.

Also, after watching it a second time I agree with AnewKINDofFEELIN. He's definitley being facetious. It's mostly his body language that makes him seem arrogant or uncomfortable, though sometimes his voice clearly sounds perturbed.
