get AE first :P and you just used one of the ink bleeds, try to add text in AE, add a texture in the back and colour it aswell, also add a 35mm cam, make all layers 3d and add motion blur to them all, add some nice camera movement that is alot smoother than what u have, hitting f9 makes keyframes into easy ease key frames which slows the camera down before it gets to where it wants then speeds it up to the next movement, it's alot more fluent, try andrew cramers guides that come with riot gear:P

Riot gear is just a file with some QuickTime Files.

They can be imported into Sony Vegas, But are made for use in Adobe After Effects.
