I agree about the shredders. I would like to see some old dudes who have been playing for lets say 40 yrs and some of these 7 string morons get together in a play off in a stadium. It would be a bloodbath. Shredders ZERO, old school rockers win. Playing a guitar does not mean you gotta play with 25 pedals and a solid state amp which is made for distortion only. Give the old school dude a lil fender amp and a les paul or strat and stand back! Rock on Allstars!

I shred carrots, celery, and I can shred paper sitting in a swivel chair while spinning across a tile floor right into the mouth of a paper shredder. I don't think it is stupid.
