  • I like this, any tutorials? :)

  • @WelschVideo all the technology is kinda defunct bro i dont even know if aura still makes this plugin for w/e the hell version of 3dsMax is your current i believe this was max 9 and the leg work on the Aura plugin is up to you in that case (all deprecated i think)

if you are looking to do this currently i think your best workflow is going to be RealFlow or maybe a blender-based approach because they have good, open-source fluid dynamics i believe

  • @diogeneslaertius666 Amazing you replied so quick lol. Thanks, I am just trying to implicate this into the real world so to speak.

  • @WelschVideo Blender has good fluid dynamics and is open-source if you are just starting out with fluid dynamics and RealFlow I would recommend - I do not really have much time for this sort of thing anymore and the workflow you see here is pretty dated.

  • @diogeneslaertius666 I'll try learning real flow and krakatoa some more.

  • Very cool.

    ((-:

  • Dig it.

  • Wow.

  • Very coool. How did you create it?

  • aura plugin for 3dsmax

i setup a few rings set to non render (mesh rings) and added aura "object based emitters" set them to solid injector and then tied them to a series of spacewarps.

i set up a set of "superspray" particle systems to tweak the particle flow thru the space warps before trying to bake sims cuz they take forever

    thanks!
