I never understood why they held on to bionical for like 6 years, which was the crappiest theme, but other themes last for a short amount of time.

Killing the Martians is speculation on my part; however, Lego has specificly stated in its magazines that these things are not Martians and want to take over Mars for its Energy Crystals. Besides, they're nothing like the semi-peaceful Martians from 2001.

I found a Mars Mission Crystal Reaper brand new in the box at Toys R Us for about 40 bucks, and bought it. The thing rules! The bad thing is that these were discontinued by then. I wish Kay Bee Toys was still around. They would have had them for a good discounted price like they always did with LEGO sets. The Space Police need to go to Mars. Hint!

umm jaimito951 i'm not sure they would listen to you considering all discontinues lego themes are replaced like lego rock raiders was replaced with power miners this was most likely replaced with space police and not to be a smartass but aqua raiders was replaced with atlantis
