Thats all well and good BUT there needs to be more. Some schools dont even have the time to try to understand this problem. One of these schools is NorthWest Elementary School in Jackson MI If they would take the time to realize that new students are NOT always at fault. They stand of the side of the child who has been at that school before the incident. When the bullied child tries to tell, they ignore him. I have experienced this first hand they need better training to identify the triggers
